1 登陆到思科官方网；

2 然后再搜索栏，输入 ：要查找的设备型号+EOL

例如：以c3560为例

然后会看到表1，表2.

表1 是各种停止服务的日期。

表2 是针对表1涉及到的产品型号，表2的第3列是表示针对停产的替代产品。

这个是cisco的官方中文网，但是功能很少，文档什么的查询还是英文的。

思科官网的账号密码忘了

好像可以通过e-mail的方式找回来吧。（注册的时候应该填了e-mail的地址）找回用户名密码按照网页提示的步骤来就可以了，如果你不记得e-mail了，那只能发送电子邮件至 web-help@cisco.com 碰运气了。祝你好运。

这个是“思科网络技术学院”提供的一个软件，需要注册成为学员以后才能用，注册名字可以更改。进入网站后，最上七个选项，cisco Networking Academy、课程（下边第七个选项“Packet Tracer”）、职业生涯、关于我们（右边）放大镜、语言选择（English,可以选简体中文）、登录；进入以后，大概是页面的中间有两个课程，都是“在线自定进度学习”，一个电脑的，一个是手机的，选左边的“了解详情”，然后进入注册界面，课程是十个小时，，点“请立即注册”按钮里的一个"ENGLISH"选项，然后填写就行了，填好注册，然后是上边选项就多了个“资源选项，点了就可以找到下载项了。满意不，给分吧(≧▽≦)
