accord, pact, treaty, compact的用法与区别
accord:指双方在就某事存有许多共同点之下达成的协议,并且是双方完全自由,不受任何强迫下达成的共羸之协议.
pact,与compact这2个词几乎可互换.意思,你给的英语解释中已经写的很清楚了,它是为了停止争端,纠纷,战争等而签的协议. 因此中国的清朝政府所签的那些卖国协议,只能用compact,pact,不能用accord.
treaty,是从词不但可做条约讲,还可解释成盟约.
