如何使用天秤星Review助手查找亚马逊差评订单号

一、安装插件

二、初始化插件

1、安装好插件之后，请先登录亚马逊后台，手动选择所需要查找的差评站点（以美国站点为例）：

（备注：只要有新增邮件邮件都需要初始化，在搜索完评价之后，从插件进入amazon后台同样会自动初始化）

2、点击浏览器右上角的天秤星Review助手图标，广告可以直接点击跳过：

3、如果要使用邮件方式匹配Reviewer邮箱，建议先点击初始化，如果这个账号其他站点也在销售，请手动切换到其他站点，继续初始化（初始化时间与邮件数量成正比，所以建议在下班或者午休时进行初始化）待插件显示邮件搜索完毕，再点击跳过。使用名字方式匹配订单号则可直接跳过：

三、初始化完成之后，开始搜索评价：有三种方式，如下：

1.匹配买家的公开邮箱：需要先登录Amazon账号，如果Reviewer在profile界面公开了邮箱，插件会显示出来。不需要登录seller central哦！

2.邮件匹配:是通过事先给买家发送了邮件，才可能匹配出来：

选择邮件匹配方式，选择ASIN所在的站点，以及输入需要查找的ASIN，点击搜索评价按钮。如下图：

当评价获取完毕后，点击进入Amazon后台按钮或者手动进入All massages页面，可能还会出现如下图提示的内容，并不会影响搜索的结果，这个是正常的现象：

3.名字匹配:是通过买家留在Amazon上的名字来部分匹配的：

选择名字匹配方式，选择ASIN所在的站点，以及输入需要查找的ASIN，点击搜索评价按钮。如下图：

评价搜索完之后，点击进入AMAZON后台通过asin搜索订单，用户可调整搜索的时间范围，最长可搜索最近一年的订单，然后点击search按钮，开始匹配订单：

插件显示搜索完毕再次点击浏览器右上角天秤星图标，显示结果！

匹配好邮箱或者订单之后，用户可导出数据做表格。

需要查找其他ASIN的评价时，请先清除数据，再搜索！
