对于现在的人来说，每个人一生之中总要经过大大小小的几场面试。面试是给自己机会，扭转生活方向的重要一步，因此，面试者与面试官既要坦诚相见，互相依赖，又要斗智斗勇，展示自己最好的一面。于是，就有这么一部英国电影，告诫你面试是如此不简单，如此于表面的平静下暗含惊心动魄、人心善恶、世态炎凉。 [1]　这部电影就是《终极面试》[2]，是一部悬疑推理气氛极重的电影。从8名应聘者通过重重考验，踏进最后的考场开始，就注定面试内容不会简单。一家背景神秘的国际大企业招聘人材，8位晋身最后面试的精英，获安排在一间没有窗户的密闭房间进行终极比拼。在一个没有窗户的房间，门口站一名面无表情的保安，房内有8张桌椅，桌上各有一份试卷及一支铅笔，面前是一堵装上单向镜的墙壁，房间四处有闭路电视监控，唯一的房门由佩枪警卫把守。

首先面试官讲述面试的要求：

"There's no law in this room but our

监考官讲解面试规则后，随即启动倒数计时器，离开房间。8名求职者翻开试卷，发现竟是白纸一张！结束时间愈来愈近，要争取获聘，就要用尽一切方法。

面对如此奇怪的考试，苦思不得其解的面试者决定合作，共同找出答案。然而随着时间的推移，困难的加剧，人性中的信任、正义与道德观在利益面前纷纷落马，尽管他们对这场面试的答案仍然不得其解，却在这个20平方米左右的房间内玩起了尔虞我诈的背叛游戏。事态逐渐失控，有人置他人生死于不顾，有人以怨报德，有人被撕裂了一直牢牢伪装着的坚强外表，导致精神走向崩溃。这场面试之残酷本质经纬毕露，它似毒蛇般缠住了这群原本自信满满的应聘者。

第一个淘汰的人是唯一的亚裔，广东话，大概是按照香港同胞形象设计，她秉承了中华民族勤奋好学刻苦认真的优良传统，打算在白纸上写下一整篇庄严肃穆的自荐书。写下第一行字后便被驱逐，此时大概是77分钟。后来，应聘者由此推出，要求中所谓的涂画考卷不一定是画花，而是根本不能有任何书写痕迹。

之后影片主角之一，姑且称作White，在整场面试中都起着推动者和组织者的角色，如果真的是群面，大概真的会脱颖而出。他说出一个重点，即关键不是HR说了什么，而是他没说什么；亦即所有未被禁止的行为都是被允许的。由此，剩下的七个人可以站立走动说话甚至破坏房间中一切，当然，也可以互相残杀。

然后，主角们做出了第一个推测，纸上的字也许不是肉眼可见而是光显的，所以他们试了很多种方法，包括正常的灯，应急灯等。之后第二个推测，是否是铅笔画阴影之类的显示，再次推翻。第三个推测，水显，推翻。第四个推测，纸张照相显影，假设防火喷头中喷出的是显影液，而应急灯光则是暗室环境，最吸引人的推测，可惜结果还是失败。

这时，Brunette被White坑害，烧掉了自己的考卷，失去资格，此时为四十分钟，还剩六人。之后，White又诱导Deaf撕掉自己的考卷，失去资格，此时为三十四分钟左右，Deaf大概是与爱情片《亚当》中男主角相似的亚斯伯格自闭症患者，或者说是比《The Big Bang Theory》中Sheldon更严重的多的天才型交流障碍。Black崇尚合作对White的行为忍无可忍，一拳击昏，绑了起来。29分钟时White破伤风发作，昏迷进而抽搐，急需服药治疗。

曾当过兵的Brown猜测一切是场游戏，而剩下人中有HR安插的内部间谍，遂拷问学心理的Dark，居然发现Dark是该招人企业旗下的在职员工。正当Dark答应说出真相时，White病情加重，为救White，Dark与摄像头交流，被逐出房间，取消资格。Blonde终于找出药，救了White。

之后，White终于说出了自己对问题和答案的理解——问题就是他们八个人，而答案就是只有一个人能留下，按照White的想法他们必须用尽手段，直到只剩下一人。这一想法把在场应聘者都雷倒了，但是他们马上陷入一场关于保安配枪的争夺战，White最终胜利。在枪的逼迫下Brown主动退出，Blonde在退出时耍了个小手段，结果却反倒使Black中枪，二人皆以为Black身亡，此时计时器到点，而屋中还剩二人，White渴望与幕后人交谈却被逐出，原来在三十五分钟时，Deaf曾对计时器做了手脚，把时间播快。于是，只剩下Blonde一人。

自然，在愈来愈接近谜底的辰光总要出现一位“救世主”，聪慧、机敏、无私，富有同情心，好以此在关键时刻救赎所有人的灵魂。最后，Blonde灵光闪现（不得不说这个结果安排的巧合性太强），用Deaf遗留下的眼镜和灯罩的玻璃碎片自制放大镜，在考卷上找到如下字样 "question 1"，再回忆起开始的考试要求，提的问题只有一个，那便是前面引用的考试要求的最后一句话，"Any questions?"所以这场面试的唯一答案便是"No."（即没有问题，因为quesion后面是空白）而最后我们也终于发现，Deaf便是整个公司的幕后老大，所选的人便是Deaf的助手。

结局，Black并没有死，子弹中含有该药物公司最新研制出的神奇胶囊，rapid cell regeneration，即给人超强杀毒自愈能力的药，让Black获得了新生。而Blonde欣然接受了这一份工作。

尽管这种模式的影片在盛行推理风潮的日本并不鲜见，但英国人以它独特的凝重、冷冽阐述了一场有趣味又非常引人入胜的残酷面试。尽管设计这场面试的幕后老板是基于一个美好的初衷，然而折射出的丑陋面与光辉点却不相上下。可见，《终极面试》在警醒众人，具备良知是很重要的，但光有良知是远远不够的，在如此险恶的生存环境中，必须还得有竞争实力，施展才能，方能迈向成功。否则，不是沦为任人宰割的羔羊，就是变成不择手段的恶人，这两样均不可取.

Well,it's bad to say the best but in my opinion Kungfu is pretty good.

Would u tell a little bit about Kungfu?

Well,Kungfu is originated in China.It is the ancestor of Karate and Jiujitsu.It's more of a complete system and it's more fluent.By that I mean it's more flowing.There is continual movement intead of one movement,two movement then stop.

Would you look right in the camera and explain the pretty cool glass of water as it applies to Kungfu.

Well,Kungfu the best example would be a glass of water.Why?Becacuse water is the softest substance in the world.But yet,they can penetrate the hardiest rock or anything grand iron you name it.Water also is insubstantial，by that I mean you can not grasp or hold it.You can not punch it or hurt it.So every kungfu man is trying to do that.To be soft like water and flexible and adapt it to the opponent.

I see. What it the difference between kungfu punch and karate punch?

Well,the karate punch is like an iron bar."Wang!"（可能是象声词）.While kungfu punch is like an iron chain wooden iron ball attached to the end.It goes "wang" and it hurts inside.

Like points,the guy grappling your hand.It's not a good idea to do many steps. Step him by step.That is kungfu.This what we mean by simplicity. Same thing in strikes and in everything.It has to be based on very minimum motion so that everything will be directly expressed in one motion. Doing it gracefully but not to aaaaaah yelling and jumping all the way.
